Open-source developer building delightful tools for the web.

Hi, I'm Lucas, a developer based in Nashville, Tennessee. I build open-source browser extensions and web tools, including Easy Speed Dial, used by thousands of people every day. If you got here from one of my extensions, thanks for stopping by.

About

I've been building things for the web for years. I started Easy Speed Dial after I switched from Opera to Firefox and missed Opera's new tab page. I released it for Firefox first, later brought it to Chrome and Edge, and in the years since it has grown to thousands of users.

Random Color Library grew out of needs in Easy Speed Dial. I needed dependable color utilities and palette generation, but couldn't find a maintained library that fit what the extension needed. Everything I build starts as something I need myself, and if it seems like it could help someone else, I open source it and share it.

Outside of open source, I'm a Client Website Administrator at Jack Henry, where I've spent 8 years supporting websites for financial institutions and serving as a primary contact for client website updates, troubleshooting, and day-to-day maintenance.

Tech I Enjoy Using
